- We obtain and provide the buyer updates evidence of title.
- We provide payoff information.
- We obtain real estate tax and lien information.
- We facilitate the correction of title defects.
- We prepared your conveyance documentation and closing statements.
- We deal directly with the buyer, their closing agent and/or their attorney.
